TRAIN ONLINE · FACILITATE ANYWHERE
A ten-week online facilitator training in breathwork — where you learn to hold the whole experience, from the first breath to the way someone walks out of the room.

THE INVITATION
Most people find breathwork by accident. Someone brings them to a room, they don’t expect much — and then something moves inside them they can’t explain.
They come back changed. And often they carry away a quiet question:
"Could I do this for someone else?"
If that question has stayed with you, this training is where you answer it.
THE METHOD
Breathwork can open something powerful in a person very quickly. The real skill is learning to hold all of it — to guide someone in, stay with whatever surfaces, move it through the body, and bring them safely back, settled and whole.
ITS A JOURNEY, NOT JUST A COURSE.
The Human Breath Method teaches you the full craft of facilitation: the breath, the body, the emotion that rises, the space you hold it in, and the care that keeps everyone safe.
You learn it by living it first, then by practising it on real people, with me beside you.

HOW A SESSION MOVES
Every session you’ll learn to guide moves through a complete arc — the same shape, every time.
THE FIVE PILLARS
The method rests on five pillars.
Taught in sequence, each one building on the last.
Body Awareness
It begins with feeling your own body clearly. Before you can sense what’s happening in a room, you learn to sense what’s happening in you — because your own steadiness is what the room settles into.
Breath and Regulation
Understanding what breath actually does. Which rhythms activate the system, which ones calm it, and how to guide each person with intention, and responsiveness-not simply by following a formula.
Emotion and Movement
This is where the work comes alive. When breath stirs something up — grief, joy, energy that’s been held for years — the body needs to move it. It shakes, it curls, it releases. You learn to recognise what’s moving through a breather’s body and how to hold it.
Holding Space
How a room becomes safe and held. The way you open, the presence you keep, and the way you close — so people leave grounded and whole.
Safety and Care
Knowing who’s ready for this work, how to prepare them, and when someone needs gentler care. The quiet foundation beneath everything else.

THE SCIENCE UNDERNEATH
This is experiential work — but it isn’t mysterious. Underneath what a breather feels is real physiology, and a good facilitator understands enough of it to work safely and explain what’s happening.
You’ll build a working understanding of what breath does to the body — how it moves the nervous system between activation and calm, and how repeated practice draws on neuroplasticity, the nervous system’s capacity to change, to help people loosen old patterns over time.
THE PROGRAMME
YOUR DAILY PRACTICE
Long before you facilitate anyone, the practice becomes part of your own days. This is drawn from how I live and work, and it’s how you become the instrument the whole experience plays through.

TESTIMONIALS

who's it for?
For anyone who is ready to do the work
You don't need to arrive as an expert. Whether you've held rooms for years or you're simply someone who has felt the power of breath and feels called to guide others — what matters most is that you're serious, and willing to do the work.
The training meets you where you are and gives you the structure, the skill, and the confidence to lead.
Coaches & therapists — bring a living, somatic dimension to the work you already do.
Yoga & wellness practitioners — add depth and safety to the spaces you already hold.
People early on the path — begin properly, guided every step of the way. Those on their own healing journey — go deeper in yourself, and learn to offer it to others.
Whether you want to build a career from this, weave it into a practice you already run, or simply go deeper into your own healing — the training holds all three.
THE FOUNDER & TEACHER
Meet Vesna.

I've been holding these rooms for years — ceremonies, monthly gatherings, group sessions, one-to-one work. Some people have been returning to the same room for years, which tells you more about this work than any words can.
My practice draws on years of study across breath and somatic modalities, and the teachers who shaped how I understand the body, the nervous system, and the deeper states breath can open.
The Human Breath Method is everything I've learned, distilled into something I can pass on — and taught the way I most value learning: personally, in a small group, with real attention on your work.
That's what I offer. Not a crowd. Presence, and my full attention on you.
Participation is limited and intentionally curated. We review every application to ensure alignment, commitment, and a focused group environment.
